Really cool stuff! I like the third-eye consciousness thing you have going on with it. The pattern of dots are good for making the whole piece seem to vibrate and have a pulse of its own.
Small suggestion: try transitioning tones more in the face to avoid the look of flatness. The eyelashes and lips look they're sitting on a surface as opposed to part of the rest of the face, if you know what I mean. But as it stands, this is quite great. Good work!
